Smaltopedia #5 - Stripey stripes

Hi fairies,

Here we are with a new smaltopedia episode! This week’s one is a black and stripey nail art, very trendy and neat, here's the original pic from The Nailsaurus:

all you need to achieve it it’s nail striping tape in any colors you’ve got, it doesn’t matter because it will get removed, you just need it to realize straight and neat stripes!

So basically that’s what l did, l placed striping tape trying to follow the exact same pattern of the original one, and then I applied two coat of creamy black nail polish to get the desired coverage. Before it was dry I took off striping tape. My stripes aren’t too straight, especially on my index finger I messed it up a bit, but I did it late at night and I didn’t have time to try it again, that’s the best l could do! I actually like it , it’s simple and it stands out!

Eccoci qui con un nuovo appuntamento con la smaltopedia! La nail art di questa settimana è nera con tante righe, molto trendy e molto pulita e precisa, ecco la foto originale di The Nailsaurus:  

Per realizzarla tutto quello che vi serve è un nastro per unghie di qualsiasi colore, non è importante, dal momento che verrà poi tolto una volta steso lo smalto, vi serve solo per creare righe dritte!

Praticamente quello che ho fatto è stato proprio cercare di ricreare lo schema di righe della foto originale con il nastro, poi ho steso due passate di smalto nero per ottenere la coprenza che volevo. Prima che si asciugasse ho tolto il nastro. Le mie righe non sono del tutto dritte, specialmente sull’indice, ma ho realizzato la nail art una sera tardi e non ho poi avuto più tempo per rifarla, quindi questo è il mio miglior risultato! Devo dire che l’idea mi piace, è facile e di effetto!
