Tea time nail art

Hi fairies,

I love tea with passion, I always have since I was a child because I never liked milk, so I started being a tea lover when I was really young and, during the years, my love for this beverage has grown and gotten stronger! I like fruity scents and spicy ones, some of my favourite tea blends are vanilla black tea, cinnamon and orange tea and ginger tea, but I basically enjoy any kind of blends, I like trying new ones!

I just had to paint my nails with a tea theme, and I first painted my index and ring finger with a brown French mani, I chose a mint green nail polish for my thumb and pinkie and I used the same brown I used for the French to paint the whole middle finger. On my index and ring finger I drew the black shape of a tea pot in one of the upper corner,and I added tea pouring out of the pot , going down to reconnect with the French tip; I filled in the tea pot shape with colors, leaving out a black border , and this technique allows you to get perfectly outlined shapes without any effort! On the brown tip I drew some curved lines, and I moved to my thumb, where I painted a tea cup in black in the middle of my finger, with a tea bag on one side; I wrote “tea” on top , and I decorated my cup with colors leaving out a black border to get an outlined shape. On my middle finger I just painted curved lines in pink, and that was it, I have to go, it’s tea time!

Sono un’appassionata di tè, lo sono sempre stata, da quando ero bambina, perché il latte non mi è mai piaciuto e ho iniziato a bere tè da molto giovane,e negli anni il mio amore per questa bevanda è cresciuto e si è rafforzato! Mi piacciono le miscele fruttate e quelle speziate, alcune delle mie preferite sono il tè nero alla vaniglia, il tè all’arancia e cannella e il tè allo zenzero, ma devo dire che praticamente non c’è una miscela che non mi piaccia, e mi diverte provarne di nuove!

Dovevo assolutamente realizzare una nail art che avesse come tema il tè, e ho prima dipinto l’indice e l’anulare con una french marrone, poi ho dato due passate di uno smalto verde menta sul pollice e ho usato lo stesso marrone che avevo usato per la french su tutto il medio. Sull’indice e sull’anulare ho disegnato la sagoma nera di una teiera in uno degli angoli superiori delle unghie, e ho aggiunto un getto di tè che sta per essere versato, e l’ho unito con la punta marrone della french; ho colorato la sagoma della teiera lasciando un bordo nero come contorno, uso spesso questa tecnica perché permette di ottenere sagome perfettamente bordate senza sforzo! Sulla french marrone ho aggiunto dei ghirigori,e poi sono passata al pollice, dove ho dipinto una tazza di tè sempre in nero, al centro dell’unghia, con la bustina del tè che fuoriesce da un lato; ho scritto la parola “tea” appena sopra la tazza, che poi ho colorato lasciando fuori il bordo nero. Sul medio ho solo dipinto qualche ghirigoro rosa, ed è tutto, ora devo andare, è l’ora del tè!
