Eye makeup look midsommar /midsummer

Hi fairies,
in Sweden midsommar is the most awaited time of the year along with Christmas, it marks the beginning of summer when days are really long and people spend time outside after a long and dark winter! Here I talked about it , you can read my post if you’re interested in swedish traditions and culture.
This year I’ve decided to get inspired by strawberries and berries because you find them everywhere this time of the year, we eat them on their own , or with yoghurt, and there’s a delicious strawberry cake typical of midsommar I love!
I did a red smoky eye, by applying a matte red eyeshadow all over my lid, stopping just below my crease and then, with a blending brush I blended the edges and I brought the color upwards; in the crease I added an orange eyeshadow to create a nice gradient, and under my browbone I used a matte white eyeshadow. In the outer corner of my eye and in the outer half of my crease I blended a tiny bit of black to give more depth to the look . on my lower lashline I smoked out a forest green and a grass green, and I added some black dots. I painted a couple of daises in the outer corner, and that was it, I hope you like it!

Italian version:

ciao fatine,
