Blush Italia haul & new collaboration/ nuova collaborazione

Today I’m going to show you some products I’ve just received from Blush Italia, a brand I’ve started collaborating with and I’m very happy about it!

Blush Italia is an Italian brand that sells quality makeup products, they are all tested at Federico II Naples university and they’re hypoallergenic , safe and all ingredients are carefully selected for the best possible result.

They sell different kind of eye shadow palettes, there’ s a shimmer one, a neutral one, a matt one and a matt and shimmer one, and they also have in stock an amazing camouflage palette, a blush palette and a lipstick palette! Here you can have a look at their whole product range, while I’ll show you in details what they sent me :

I received the 120 eye shadows palette , with 60 matte and 60 shimmer eyeshadows in it,that can be used wet or dry .they’re easy to apply, they don’t crease and they can be used without an eye primer. When used wet they work great as eyeliners! They suggest to pick some color with a brush , and then wet it with mixing medium to create a paste of the right consistency.

They can be mixed with castor oil as well , to create a cream eyeshadow, and I am definitely going to try it! They suggest to pick some powder and put it on your hand or on a plate, and then you’ll add one drop of castor oil and you’ll mix them together. You’ll apply it on your lid with a synthetic brush and you should add a layer of dry eyeshadow on top to set it in place. How awesome is that? I’m going to try it and see how it works, I love how versatile these eye shadows are!

Color range goes from neutral to very bright colors, and I love these kind of palettes because they allow you to create so many different looks and to play around! I own a similar one from another brand, and the first difference I noticed is that pans are bigger than the one I already had, which means there’s more product! I love the color range because there aren’t too many browns and nude shades, but there are some gorgeous teal, a vibrant hot pink , some interesting purple shades and nice greens! I swatched some of them, and I have to say shimmer eye shadows are very pigmented and color pay off is amazing, I can’t wait to create some looks by using them! Matte shades , on the other hand, are a bit less pigmented as to be expected, but I believe they will give their best when applied on top of a white base like the Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk or Blush Italia white concealer! Darker shades are pigmented enough,it’s just an issue I found with the light shades I tried, but I don’t think it will be a problem at all. They aren’t powdery though, so there won’t be any major fall out! Price 24.00 €.

I also received the 20 camouflage palette, a product I love really much because you can customize your own shade , and possibilities are endless! I have to have one of these in my collection, they are perfect for contouring , they are great in every season whether you’re tanned or not, they are a must have! Concealers are creamy but not thick, if you find them a bit hard to work with just warm it with your fingers, it takes few seconds! They can be also used as foundations , all you have to do is applying them with a wet sponge like a beauty blender for example, and coverage is buildable: the more your sponge is wet, the less coverage you’ll get. Once it’s set it will be a long lasting foundation. Price 19.00 €

To the right there are corrective shades : lavender gives your skin brightness and it’s perfect for skins with a yellow undertone;

Green will cover up redness ;

Orange is perfect to cover up dark circles with blue undertone;

White is a great highlighter for fair complexions, a good eye shadow base to make colors pop and it can be used to further define your lips’ edges;

Yellow is perfect to cover up dark circles with purple undertone;

Pink works well with dark circles with a brownish undertone and it also makes skin glow;

Brown is a perfect match for dark complexions and for contouring.

This will be a staple in my collection, that’s for sure!

I’ve also received five kajal pencils :

 01 black kajal

02 midnight for green and brown eyes;

03 green for hazelnut eyes and eyes with a hint of copper in them

04 burgundy for green eyes; it can be used as lip pencil as well

05 butter can be used in the waterline to open up the eyes, or under your browbone as highlighter; it works well to highlight cheekbones, chin and any face features, and it can be used as invisible lip pencil to prevent lipsticks from smudging.

They’ve got a soft texture and they can be applied in the water line or along the lash line, or as eye shadow base; they don’t crease, they’re very easy to blend, they’re pigmented and they’re long lasting. Price 4.00 € each.

My favourite so far is nr 02, a dark blue with a metallic finish, and nr 05 butter, because I’m always looking for a good butter eye pencil that writes in my water line, and I hope this one won’t disappoint me!

I love having camouflage palettes at hand because they’re so versatile, you can use them if you need to do someone else’s makeup as well as your own, and the same goes for eye shadows palettes, they allow you to create so many different looks, they are amazing!

Oggi vi voglio mostrare alcuni prodotti che ho appena ricevuto da un’azienda con cui ho iniziato una collaborazione di cui sono entusiasta, che è Blush Italia!

Blush Italia è un marchio italiano che propone prodotti makeup di qualità che vengono testati all’università di Napoli Federico II, sono ipoallergenici, sicuri , e tutti gli ingredienti impiegati vengono accuratamente selezionati per ottenere le migliori prestazioni possibili.

Sul loro sito sono disponibili diversi tipi di palette di ombretti, da quella shimmer a quella con colori neutri, da quella con colori matte a quella con colori shimmer e opachi, inoltre ci sono palette di correttori, di fard e di rossetti! Qui potete dare un’occhiata a tutta la gamma di prodotti, io vi vado ad illustrare nel dettaglio quello che ho ricevuto: 

mi hanno inviato la palette da 120 ombretti , che contiene 60 ombretti opachi e 60 ombretti shimmer che si possono usare sia da asciutti che da bagnati. Sono facili da stendere, non vanno nelle pieghette e non necessitano di una base occhi. Diventano degli ottimi eyeliner se usati bagnati, e si consiglia di prelevare un po’ di prodotto con un pennello,e di bagnare quest’ultimo con acqua termale fino ad ottenere una pasta della giusta consistenza.

Si possono mischiare anche con olio di ricino per creare degli ombretti in crema, e voglio assolutamente provare a farlo! L’azienda suggerisce di prelevare un po’ di polvere dalla cialdina e di metterla sul dorso della mano o in un piattino, di aggiungere quindi una goccia di olio di ricino e mischiare fino ad ottenere una consistenza cremosa. Con un pennello con setole sintetiche andremo poi ad applicare , direttamente sulla palpebra, il nostro ombretto in crema, e per fissarlo e farlo durare ancora più a lungo si consiglia di applicare un leggero strato di prodotto in polvere sulla base cremosa. Non è fantastico?! Sono curiosissima di scoprire la loro resa, e trovo meravigliosa la versatilità di questi prodotti!

I colori all’interno della palette vanno da toni neutri fino a toni molto brillanti , e devo dire che mi piacciono molto questo tipo di palette, perché permettono di creare tanti look diversi, di sperimentare e divertirsi con il trucco! Ne possiedo una simile di un’altra marca, e la prima differenza che ho notato fra le due è che quella di Blush Italia ha le cialde più grandi, il che vuol dire che abbiamo una maggiore quantità di prodotto!

Mi piace la scelta dei colori perché non ci sono troppi neutri e marroni, che non amo particolarmente, ma ci sono degli azzurri intensi, un rosa fucsia che mi sembra molto interessante, delle bellissime tonalità di viola e di verde! Ne ho subito provati alcuni, e devo dire che gli ombretti dalla finitura shimmer sono molto pigmentati,hanno una resa incredibile, e non vedo l’ora di usarli per dei look particolari e colorati! Gli ombretti opachi invece, hanno una pigmentazione inferiore, ma è normale, dipende proprio dalla formulazione , però non sono affatto polverosi, e quindi non ci sarà molto fall out, e per quanto riguarda la pigmentazione non proprio eccezionale dei colori chiari, la soluzione è semplice: basterà usare una base cremosa bianca, come la matita occhi Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk, oppure il correttore Blush Italia bianco, e anche loro daranno il meglio di sé! Prezzo 24.00 €.

Ho ricevuto anche la palette camouflage 20, un prodotto che io trovo indispensabile perché dà la possibilità di creare colori personalizzati che si adattano a qualsiasi tipo di carnagione ! Devo sempre avere una palette di questo tipo a disposizione, le trovo ottime per il contouring, si adattano a qualsiasi stagione, sia quando siamo abbronzate che quando non lo siamo, non posso vivere senza! I correttori hanno una consistenza cremosa ma non pastosa, si lavorano bene e , nel caso fossero un po’ troppo duri, basta scaldarli con le dita per qualche secondo e si ammorbidiscono subito! Possono essere usati anche come fondotinta, basterà applicarli con una spugnetta bagnata come, ad esempio, la beauty blender, e si avrà la possibilità di modulare la copertura: più la spugnetta è bagnata e meno coprente risulterà il fondotinta. Una volta fissati, diventano dei fondotinta a lunga tenuta. Prezzo 19.00 €.

Sulla destra della palette ci sono le tonalità correttive:

il lilla dà molta luminosità all’incarnato ed è perfetto per chi ha la pelle con sottotono giallo:

il verde è adatto per coprire i rossori;

l’arancio corregge le occhiaie tendenti al blu;

il bianco è ottimo come illuminante, come base per rendere più vibranti gli ombretti , e per correggere i contorni delle labbra;

il giallo corregge le occhiaie tendenti al viola;

il rosa è adatto per correggere le occhiaie che tendono al marrone, e serve anche per dare luminosità alla pelle;

il marrone è adatto a carnagioni scure ed è ideale per il contouring.

Questa palette diventerà uno dei pezzi indispensabili nella mia collezione, ha tutte le caratteristiche giuste!

Mi hanno anche inviato le matite kajal, in cinque colorazioni:

01 black kajal

02 midnight (blu notte) per occhi verdi e castani;

03 green (verde) per occhi nocciola e con sfumature ramate;

04 burgundy (borgogna) per occhi Verdi e anche come matita labbra

05 butter (color burro) si può utilizzare nella rima interna dell’occhio per illuminare lo sguardo; come punto luce sotto l’arcata sopraccigliare o per illuminare varie parti del viso. Si può usare anche come matita labbra universale, per non far sbavare il rossetto.

Hanno una consistenza morbida e si possono usare sia all’interno che all’esterno dell’occhio, oppure come basi per ombretto; non si infilano nelle pieghette, si sfumano con facilità, sono pigmentate e durano a lungo. Prezzo di 4.00 € l’una.

Le mie preferite al momento sono la numero 02, un blu scuro dalla finitura metallica, e la numero 05 butter, perché sono sempre alla ricerca di una matita bianca o color burro che scriva nella rima interna dell’occhio, e spero che questa non mi deluderà!

Se non avete ancora provato i loro prodotti, vi consiglio di dare un’occhiata alla loro pagina, scoprirete tanti prodotti di ottima qualità ad un prezzo molto conveniente, e secondo me quando si inizia a costruire la propria collezione di makeup questo tipo di palette sono un validissimo aiuto! Io amo avere a disposizione una palette di correttori perché è estremamente versatile, e si può usare quando dovete truccare qualcun altro, con un colore di pelle diverso dal vostro, oltre ad essere fondamentale per il contouring e per creare il colore perfetto per la vostra pelle; lo stesso discorso vale per le palette di ombretti, sono eccezionali, vi permettono di creare tantissimi look diversi!
