eye make up look gold and green a ray of sun peeking through through trees

Hi fairies,

Today’s look was inspired by a walk in the wood during a sunny day: don’t you love when the sun’s peeking through trees’ branches and it seems trees are dancing, fairies are running after one another and gnomes are playing tricks hiding behind mushrooms and leaves? I sure do, I feel part of the magic and I could swear I’ve seen fairy dust flying around more than once!

For this look I placed a gold eye shadow in the middle of my lid and I used a forest green on both my inner and outer corner; I used a lighter green as transition color between gold and dark green. I applied Mochi, a gorgeous matte green in the outer corner to give a bit more depth to the look, and I blended the colors upwards toward my crease. I used a dark green eye liner and I repeated the same color pattern on my lower waterline. I hope you like it!

Il look di oggi è stato ispirato da una passeggiata nel bosco durante una bella giornata soleggiata: non trovate che sia bellissimo quando il sole fa capolino tra i rami degli alberi e sembra che questi ultimi stiano danzando, che le fate si stiano rincorrendo e che gli gnomi stiano giocando a nascondino tra funghi e foglie? A me sì, mi sento parte della magia, sento l’atmosfera incantata,e potrei giurare di aver visto, più di una volta, nuvolette di polvere magica alzarsi nell’aria!

Per questo trucco ho applicato, al centro della palpebra, un ombretto color oro, e sono andata a stendere un verde bosco sia nell’angolo interno che nell’angolo esterno; ho usato un verde più chiaro per aiutare il color oro ed il verde a creare una gradazione omogenea, e poi nell’angolo esterno ho usato un po’ di Mochi, un verde più intenso, per dare profondità allo sguardo. Ho sfumato i colori verso l’alto, nella piega dell’occhio, e come eyeliner ho scelto un verde scuro. Spero vi piaccia!
