Kiko haul: new nail polishes and more!

As you sure know Kiko has recently added 60 new amazing nail polish shades to the permanent collection, and I got so excited by the news I can’t even tell you! In my opinion Kiko nail polishes are good for their price range, and they give us the chance to try different colors without feeling guilty because they’re so inexpensive! It’s a nice treat to add a new one to your collection, but be careful because you might end up like me, with more than 300 nail polishes! 

I bought some new shades , as you can see in the pic, and some old ones : blue and teal ones are new , they’ve got different kinds of finish, from creamy to glittery to frosty , and they’re all gorgeous! As you can see I purchased quite a lot of them, there’s a yellow cupcake and a fancy top coat one , I bought them because they were on sale and I like both of them! Sales on nail polishes, if you’re interested, will last till the end of august!

The boulevard rock collection was, and still is, on sale at 30% off so I bought a foundation brush , a sort of flat kabuki: it’s got very dense bristles and it’s currently my favourite brush to apply liquid foundation (which is the one I use). It works so well , it buffs product in without leaving stripes behind, the application is even, it gives your skin a healthy glow and it does that with any foundation I tried, it gives an airbrushed finish to your face that you can’t help but appreciate! I absolutely love it! Price is 11.10 €- 11.80 £ on sale, full price  was 15.90 €- 16.90 £.

Another item from the boulevard rock collection I’ve got is a skinny fit kajal, this one in an intense royal blue, nr 04. I already got nr 01 and nr 02, cream and mint green shades, and I find them to be pretty good and longlasting. They write quite well on your lid while they’re not super pigmented when used in your waterline, but I pat an eyeshadow on, same thing I do with several other eye pencils, and they stay put for hours. I especially like how vibrant the color is on this one. Price is 4.10 € on sale, full price was 6.90 €.

I also got an exotic shine lipstick from the life in Rio collection, here you can find a complete review, and as you’ve guessed I went shopping a couple of weeks ago, that’s why I was able to post a review on it, because I’ve been wearing it lately! The shade is true magenta nr 05, a strawberry red perfect for summer and for an everyday look, it’s a really nice color! Price 7.50 €- 8.50 £.

Come sicuramente saprete già Kiko ha aggiunto 60 nuovi colori alla linea permanente di smalti, e la notizia mi ha riempito di gioia! Secondo me gli smalti Kiko hanno un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, la gamma è vastissima,e avete la possibilità di togliervi uno sfizio , magari provando un colore che non avete mai indossato, senza farvi sentire in colpa per aver speso troppo! Ogni tanto un regalo per noi ci vuole, state attente però a non finire come me, con più di 300 smalti nella mia collezione!

Come potete vedere nella foto ho acquistato alcuni dei colori nuovi, ed anche alcuni dei vecchi: i blu e gli azzurri fanno parte dei nuovi, ci sono tutti i tipi di finitura, cremosa, glitterata e metallica, e sono tutti fantastici! C’era lo sconto del 30% sia sui cupcake che sui fancy top coat, ne ho approfittato per prendere il cupcake color ananas e il fancy top coat nero: ne ho altri di entrambe le linee e mi ci trovo bene,quindi ho pensato di approfittare dei saldi! Gli sconti sugli smalti, se siete interessate, andranno avanti fino ad agosto!

La collezione Boulevard Rock era, ed è ancora, scontata del 30% , e non mi sono lasciata sfuggire il pennello viso, che è praticamente un flat kabuki: le setole sono molto dense e allo stesso tempo morbide, ed è diventato il mio pennello preferito per applicare il fondotinta liquido, che è quello che uso abitualmente. È veramente ottimo, stende qualsiasi prodotto liquido senza lasciare strisce, uniformemente, ed ho notato che dona alla pelle una leggera luminosità che non dipende dal prodotto che utilizzo, è quell’effetto sano per intenderci. Inoltre l’effetto finale è impeccabile, un po’ come se avessimo usato l’airbrush, lo adoro e da quando l’ho comprato non uso altro! Io l’ho pagato 11.10 € -11.80 £ invece che 15.90 €- 16.90 £.

Un altro prodotto della collezione rock boulevard che ho acquistato è una matita skinny fit kajal, nr 04 , in un bellissimo blu elettrico. Ho già la nr 01 e la nr 02, la prima è un color crema e la seconda un verde menta, e mi ci trovo abbastanza bene, durano a lungo. Sono molto scriventi se usate sulla palpebra, mentre nella rima interna dell’occhio trovo un po’ di difficoltà, ma ho ovviato al problema fissandole con un ombretto in polvere, cosa che faccio con molte altre matite, e in questo modo rimangono al loro posto per diverse ore. Prezzo 4.10 € - 4.80 £ in saldo, il prezzo pieno era 6.90 €- 6.90 £.

Ho anche preso un rossetto, un exotic shine lipstick della collezione Life in Rio, qui trovate la mia recensione completa, e come penso abbiate capito questi sono acquisti fatti un paio di settimane fa; da quando ho fatto shopping ho usato spesso questo rossetto, ecco perché ne ho già postato la recensione! Ho scelto il nr 05, true magenta, un rosso fragola molto intenso che, secondo me, si può portare di giorno senza essere impegnativo, mi piace molto! Prezzo 7.50 €- 8.50 £.
