One product review: Kiko long lasting stick eyeshadows

Hi fairies,
I’ve jumped on the long lasting stick eyeshadows bandwagon so late , I am quite ashamed of myself because I read so many reviews of these products and I waited so long to try them! I am not a fan of creamy eye shadows to tell you the truth, that’s why I didn’t feel the need to add them to my collection, but I eventually gave in when I ran out of mehron paradise pan and I needed a good color base . I purchased just one at first, and I added some more after using it for a while, but I don’t want to give you any review’s sneak peek, let’s start with how they’re described: The creamy formula ensures extreme blendability of the line immediately after application.Once set, the colour remains uniform and radiant for up to 8 hours, without streaking or smudging.Water Resistant, Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow gives splendid, pure and vibrant colour tones.Application is simple and comfortable, thanks to the special rounded stick and its ultra-smooth and light texture.Available in 32 high-impact shades. Price 6.90 £ - 6.90 € for 1.64 gr- 0.05 oz.

What I like : they come in a huge variety of colors and finishes, from matte to shimmer and satin, and colors go from beige and white to black, purple and emerald green, they will definitely make everybody happy no matter what their style and tastes are!
They come in a slim black stick and you will simply have to twist it to get the product out, it’s easy , not messy, perfect for travelling and for a fast makeup when we’re in a rush! You can use them as eye shadows of course, they blend extremely easy due to their creamy texture, and as I said you will achieve a complete eye makeup look in a matter of seconds, you can easily blend it with your finger! I love them as color base, they make eye shadows last longer and pop, I apply them straight from the stick and I blend them out with my finger or with a synthetic brush, what matters is doing it fast else they set and you won’t be able to blend them anymore! They don’t crease and they don’t set into fine lines , and they won’t make your eyeshadow crease; they are a great base for any kind of eye shadows, loose pigments as well, they will stick to them and fall out won’t be too bad. The texture is silky and smooth and that makes them really easy to apply, they’re not sticky at all , they glide on your lids, but they get just enough sticky to grab eye shadow once they set, and they won’t budge if you sweat or if they get wet, they are waterproof as they’re described!I love them!

What I don’t like: if you don’t blend them very fast they will set and you will be left with a solid spot of color impossible to blend; you have to work fast and if you don’t know that, at first you might make the fatal mistake of waiting too long! Lighter shades like nr 01 pearly white, which I own, are quite sheer and once you blend them you’re left with glitters mostly, and that could be a downside. Nr 01 is the only one with the sheer texture among the ones I purchased, I don’t know if others are similar.

My verdict: they’re definitely good quality eye shadow with a great quality price ratio, they are very versatile, they can be used on their own as eye shadows, as color base, as liners , possibilities are endless! They stay on all day without smudging , they will enhance any eyeshadows lasting power, and they also come in so many different shades! I definitely recommend them!

Italian version:

Ciao fatine,
Disponibile in 32 sfumature d'impatto.
