jack o' lantern and candy corn nail art - halloween

Hi fairies,

Here’s another Halloween nail art! There are so many themes for this time of the year, it’s hard to choose, but I’ll try to show you the most popular and those I like the most , also I’ll try not to repeat what I did last year to give you more options to pick from; one of the most popular Halloween symbols is the carved pumpkin, or Jack o’lantern, so I thought it was a nice idea to dedicate today’s nail art to that! It’s also quite easy to paint it, you could try even if you’re a beginner.

I started by painting my nails with an orange nail polish, and once it was dry I used a dotting tool and black acrylic paint, but you can use nail polish as well, to shape Jack’s face : first I placed two dots for his eyes, then I drew a small triangle in the middle of my nail for his nose, and then I painted a curved line for his mouth. I added teeth and pupils using orange nail polish, and that was it! On the rest of my nails I painted candy corn, first I drew black triangles all over, and then I filled them in with yellow, white and orange! That’s it, I hope you like it!

Eccomi con un’altra nail art ispirata ad Halloween! Ci sono tanti temi dedicati a questo periodo dell’anno, è difficile sceglierne uno, ma cercherò di mostrarvi i più popolari e i miei preferiti, e cercherò anche di non riproporre quelli già pubblicati lo scorso anno, in modo da darvi più opzioni tra cui scegliere; uno dei simboli tipici di Halloween è la zucca intagliata o, come si chiama in america , la Jack O’lantern, e quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stata un’idea interessante dipingerla sulle mie unghie! È anche una nail art semplice da realizzare, che potete provare se siete alle prime armi.

Ho iniziato dipingendo le unghie di arancione, e una volta asciugatosi ho usato un dotting tool e pittura acrilica nera , ma potete usare anche smalto nero se preferite, per dare vita al volto di Jack: prima ho posizionato due pallini nella metà superiore dell’unghia per realizzare gli occhi, poi un piccolo triangolo al centro che rappresenta il naso, e una linea curva sotto il naso che rappresenta la bocca. Ho aggiunto i denti e le pupille con lo smalto arancione,e il viso è terminato! Sul resto delle unghie ho disegnato il candy corn, e per realizzarlo ho prima dipinto dei triangolini neri in ordine sparso , e poi li ho riempiti con righe gialle, bianche e arancioni! È tutto, spero vi piaccia!
