Monster High series #8 : eye makeup look Catty Noir

Today’s makeup is all about pink, I love a pink smoky eye because it’s not as dramatic as a black or blue one and I usually wear it during the day , it’s also girly, cute and stunning, it’s got everything I need to feel good ! I wear any kind of makeup during the day, I don’t make any difference between evening and wearable makeup, I just follow my mood and my inspiration, but I know many of you don’t feel comfortable wearing dark and dramatic looks on an everyday basis.

I started this look by applying a white creamy base all over my lid to make colors pop up, and then I placed tape in my outer corner to get a sharp line; with a neon pink eye shadow I cut my crease and I winged it out at the outer corner; I added a bit of pink eyeshadow to the line I just traced , and I blended it upwards, I also used a baby pink eyeshadow around the edges to get a seamless gradient effect. I applied a fuchsia eyeshadow all over my lid, being careful not to overlap my cut crease, and then I chose a shimmery skin color eyeshadow as highlighter. I applied a fine and iridescent glitter powder all over the color I previously placed in my crease, and then I placed few pink rhinestones to frame my cut crease. I completed the look with eyeliner and mascara, and that’s it, I hope you like it!

Il makeup di oggi ha come protagonista il rosa, devo dire che mi piace lo smoky eye di questo colore perchè non è così drammatico come quello nero o blu, e lo trovo adatto anche per il giorno; è molto femminile, sicuramente particolare e unico, insomma ha tutto quello che mi serve per sentirmi a mio agio! Io indosso qualsiasi tipo di trucco durante il giorno, non faccio distinzione tra look da sera e da giorno, seguo semplicemente il mio umore e l’ispirazione del momento, ma mi rendo conto che molte di voi non si sentono a proprio agio ad indossare look drammatici tutti i giorni.

Ho iniziato applicando una base bianca cremosa, che serve per rendere i colori più vibranti, e poi ho posizionato del nastro adesivo nell’angolo interno dell’occhio, in modo da ottenere una linea netta e definita; con un ombretto rosa acceso ho definito la piega dell’occhio, e nell’angolo esterno gli ho dato una forma allungata; ho aggiunto dell’ombretto sopra la linea appena tracciata e l’ho sfumato verso l’alto, e ho usato anche un ombretto rosa pallido intorno ai bordi per sfumarlo meglio ed ottenere una gradazione omogenea. Sulla palpebra mobile ho steso un ombretto fucsia, stando attenta a non andare sopra all’ombretto già presente nella piega dell’occhio, e come illuminante ho scelto un ombretto color carne dalla finitura satinata. Ho poi applicato una polvere glitterata iridescente, molto sottile, sul colore usato nella piega, e poi ho aggiunto delle perline rosa a definirla e incorniciarla ulteriormente. Ho terminato il look con eyeliner e mascara,ed è tutto, spero vi piaccia!
