Eye makeup look sparkly berry smoky

Hi fairies,
Holiday season is getting closer and I’m starting feeling festive even when it comes to makeup! I love bold eye makeup looks as you probably already know, and I love them even more for holiday season, because in my opinion it’s the perfect time to step out of our comfort zone and try something different!
Today’s look is a classic smoky eye with a dash of color , perfect for new year’s eve or for a night out, but also for day time if you love smoky eyes like me!
I started by applying a transition shade in my crease using a fluffy brush, my choice went to a light chocolate brown with a berry undertone, and I defused it really well; with a tapered brush I placed a fuchsia eyeshadow in the lower half my crease, so that the lighter eyeshadow was still visible in the upper half , and I kept blending to defuse any harsh lines. On my lid I applied a dark charcoal grey eyeshadow, almost black, with fuchsia micro glitter in it, and I blended the edges extremely well till I achieved a nice gradient. Blending is the key for a smoky eye, keep blending and blending adding color when needed! My browbone highlighter was a matte vanilla eyeshadow, and I also smoked out the lower lashline with the fuchsia and the black eyeshadows. I completed the look with a black winged liner and mascara, and that was it, I hope you like it!

Ciao fatine,
